Summary
We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse who will fulfil core responsibilities of the role which will include: Long Term Condition management Cytology Child Immunisations Vaccinations Contraception Swabs, specimens, bloods, blood pressures Keeping accurate and detailed health records on the Emis system A key role in QOF/QIF achievement Involvement in the MDT of the Surgery This role may support the wider team with: Clinical audits Safeguarding concerns Support and participate in shared learning over the Practice Support for GPs in patient care Ability to review clinical practices and respond to national policies and initiatives where necessary Participate in local initiatives in order to enhance local patient care where necessary
