Summary

We don’t follow a one size fits all approach to care. As a Support Worker, you won’t just meet young people’s needs, you’ll become their role model, coach and mentor. You’ll be someone who leads by example, knows how to de-escalate and create a sense of safety, even in the most challenging situations.

Requirements for our Support Workers:

Experience working with young people is helpful, but not essential as we’ll give you the tools you need to succeed in your career with us.
