What You’ll Be Doing:
• Designing, implementing, and evaluating whole-school SEND strategy
• Overseeing EHC plans, interventions, and progress for all SEND pupils
• Leading and inspiring a skilled team of support staff and teaching assistants
• Cultivating outstanding relationships with families, external agencies, and SLT
• Delivering impactful training for staff on inclusive teaching and neurodiversity

Ideal "SENCO" for this Bromley School:
• UK-trained educator with QTS and proven SEN/D track record
• Good or Outstanding classroom practice and glowing recent references
• Current or aspiring SENCOs (with National SENCO Award, preferred)
• Empathetic and decisive leader, passionate about inclusive education
• ECTs with SEND specialism, or experienced teachers driven to lead
