Summary

Safeguarding Administrator

Vale of Glamorgan | £13.69 per hour | Hybrid Working | Temporary

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie are recruiting for a temporary Administrator to join a Public Sector client's Safeguarding team. This role is hybrid, with the office based in the Vale of Glamorgan. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting child protection processes and safeguarding administration.

Key Duties:
  • Manage all safeguarding administrative duties, with a primary focus on Child Protection.
  • Accurately minute Child Protection Conferences.
  • Arrange, convene, and coordinate Child Protection meetings and conferences.
  • Produce, distribute, and manage approved Child Protection minutes in line with statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to support safeguarding processes.
  • Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information professionally and discreetly.
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative experience, ideally within safeguarding or child protection settings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and minute-taking skills.
  • Confident handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
