Overseeing and developing customer accounts and build strong profitable customer relationships. Improving the entire customer experience will be at the forefront of what is expected from you and some duties include.
• Primary point of contact for all Customer Accounts and internal stakeholders.
• Management of Customer mailboxes and resolve complex issues.
• Ensure accurate and timely management of documents.
• Support new customer facing colleagues and perform spot-check calls with customers.
• Monitoring service level agreements.
• Keep CRM up to date with customer conversations and data changes.
To be considered for the Customer Service Executive role candidate must understand customs gained through experience and/or qualifications and a “can-do attitude.”
They will be a team player with intermediate IT skills including MS Office and CRM skills.
If you are confident in delivering client-focused solutions and have the ability to work accurately and to detail as well as managing multiple tasks – this might be the role for you!
