We’re looking for an experienced early years professional who is ready to step into a senior role and help shape the future of the setting.
This is not a corporate nursery role. This is an opportunity to play a key part in a growing business, support a small team, and influence how we deliver outstanding childcare.
The role:
Support the day-to-day running of the setting
Lead by example in practice, planning and standards
Mentor and support junior staff and apprentices
Ensure high-quality delivery of EYFS across the team
Work closely with management on development and growth
We’re looking for someone who:
Holds a Level 3 qualification (Level 5 desirable)
Has strong experience in early years settings
Is confident supporting and guiding a team
Wants to progress and grow with a business
Brings energy, ideas and leadership
