Summary
• Personal Care: Assisting with daily personal hygiene, such as bathing, showering, and dressing.
• Household Duties: Helping with domestic chores, like laundry, tidying, and shopping.
• Meal Preparation: Assisting with or preparing meals and ensuring adequate hydration.
• Medication Support: Helping with the administration and management of medication according to care plans and company procedures.
• Mobility and Transfers: Providing physical support for individuals with mobility issues.
• Companionship and Social Support: Offering companionship, encouraging participation in social activities, and maintaining links with family and friends.
• Health Monitoring: Observing and recording vital signs, reporting changes in a client's health or well-being to seniors or healthcare professionals.
