              DBS Chef in North London: The Role

              As a DBS Chef, you’ll take responsibility for preparing and serving nutritious meals within care home settings, working to high standards of food safety and dietary care.

              Duties include:

              • Preparing fresh, balanced meals for residents

                
                

                • Catering for dietary requirements and allergens

                  
                  

                  • Supporting special diets, including kosher food preparation where required

                    
                    

                    • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards

                      
                      

                      • Working confidently to care home procedures and compliance requirements

                        
                        

                        DBS Chef in North London: Requirements

                        • Enhanced DBS (required)

                          
                          

                          • IDDSI training (required)

                            
                            

                            • Experience handling or preparing kosher food is a strong advantage.
