Salary: £13.20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities tailored to their needs.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement and monitor individualised care plans.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and well-being.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and the care team to ensure continuity of care.
- Document client progress and any changes in condition accurately.
