Excellent opportunity arisen for ambitious and organised person to become part of growing and expanding Brent Sickle Cell & Thalassemia Centre at Central Middlesex Hospital to provide support for clinical team and continue to provide excellent service to patients.

To work with clinical support team and deliver high quality service to designated clinical service

To track designated patients throughout their pathway, from point of entry, escalating issues promptly to ensure compliance with waiting time standards.

To support the coordination of national and local audits by effective data collection as required.

To work with Community and Acute teams including New Born Screening Program

The post holder is required to provide administrative support for meetings and to support Clinical Team.

The post holder will be responsible for the completion and the availability of all necessary records.

The post holder will require to adopt professional attitude at all times, communicating at various levels.

The post holder will manage generic mail box, undertake general admin duties; indirect and direct contact with patients.
