Working hours: 30 hours per weekInterview Date: To be confirmedWe are looking for a Support Worker to work at our Drop In Centre in the City Centre in Coventry. At our Drop In we work with Rough Sleepers, people at risk of homelessness, prevention work, outreach and Floating Support. Hours to be agreed.Key responsibilities:The role of Support Worker with The Salvation Army is an inspirational one and key to achieving successful outcomes for our vulnerable clients. The role requires motivated and dynamic staff to work as part of the team to provide individual support in a trauma sensitive and psychologically informed manner.Support Workers are responsible for delivering a high-quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control.
