Job Description:
We are looking for a hardworking Factory Operative to join our manufacturing team. The role involves supporting the production process, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment in line with training
- Assist in the production and assembly of products
- Pack, label, and prepare finished goods for dispatch
- Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
- Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
- Support other departments as required
