Summary
Valley Care are recruiting for 2x Senior Night Carer to join our team based at Harrison Park in Hull.
Harrison Park is a supported living scheme where our Care Workers provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives.
We currently have the following openings available:
2x part time night Senior Night Carers
Shift patterns – 19.00 - 07.00
Potential for over time
Both positions will be working on a rota basis - hours and working days to be discussed at interview

Key Accountabilities:
Writing person centred care plans
Carrying out new client assessments and risk assessments
Undertaking Mental Capacity Assessments and completing Best Interest Decision paperwork
Leading on client reviews and undertaking any resulting actions
Medication reviews and audits
Monitoring the quality of care delivered through spot checks in the field
Delivering care when required
Person Profile:
Good knowledge and understanding of working with Local Authority Contracts and CQC legislation
Proficient IT user
Exceptional Time management and ability to prioritise and organise workload
Exemplary customer service
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
High attention to detail
Passion for high quality and care standards
Computer literacy to include Microsoft Word and our own roster system (training provided)
Requirements:
Have a right to work within the UK
Please note applicants must have previous experience in health and social care
