Summary
Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our care home team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensure their health and wellbeing, and support care staff in delivering person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents’ health and report changes in condition
Maintain accurate medical and care records
Work closely with care assistants, doctors, and families
Ensure care plans are followed and updated
Follow infection control and safeguarding procedures
Requirements:
Valid nursing qualification (BSc Nursing or equivalent)
Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC PIN required)
Previous care home or clinical experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach
