-We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to work in our commercial training business within Mitie - MES Training.
We deliver health and safety training across the UK and have a team of trainers and associates that we work with to deliver training and consultancy services to our clients throughout the country at either client's premises or at one of our scheduled open courses.

Purpose of the role
Reporting to the Assistant Training Manager and Managing Director, you will liaise directly with clients and training delivery staff to manage course bookings, respond to customer enquiries, and carry out a range of administrative duties to ensure the efficient delivery of training courses.
The role involves coordinating customer requests and ensuring that all necessary pre-course preparations are completed before each course begins. In addition to supporting customers, you will provide administrative support to both employed and associate trainers, ensuring that all resources, documentation, and arrangements are in place for the successful delivery of training.
Following course completion, you will be responsible for processing post-course documentation, managing course records, issuing certification, and completing all related administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the training programme.
Main Duties
-Scheduling - supporting sales team with internal bookings
-Scheduling - Assisting the Asst Training Manager with live Schedule uploads
-Opportunity recording
-Carrying out requests from management as needed
-Certification
-Managing personal and shared inbox
-Customer Service - being point of contact for answering incoming calls
-Ad hoc - PO Raising for Product and Services
What we are looking for

-Ability to deal with issues as they arise
-Good communication skills
-Ability to work both alone and as part of a team
-Good organisational skills
-Previous Administration experience (Preferable)
