About the Direct Payment Holder We’re looking for a caring, reliable and patient Personal Assistant to support an autistic man with epilepsy and learning difficulties. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference—supporting independence, wellbeing and day-to-day enjoyment of life.

Hours and rate of pay hours 25–35 hours per week (incl. sleep-in/sleep-ins)
£23,000–£24,000+ (depending on hours worked)
Yazley – PE&
Location Yaxley – PE7
DBS/Checks Confirmation of DBS check
Right to Work and references will be needed.
What you would be doing… Support daily routines, personal care and meal prep
Encourage social interaction and community outings
Support with medication as required
Provide emotional support and promote independence
Help maintain structure and reduce anxiety
Drive to appointments, activities and outings

Required skills and experience Kind, patient and empathetic approach
Reliable, flexible and organised
Good communication skills
Experience in autism support (preferred but not essential)
Full UK driving licence
