Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Web Content Manager to join our External Relations team. This is a job share role, working two days per week (Monday and Friday).

In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of high-quality website content and digital assets. Your work will enhance user experience, support marketing objectives, and maximise online visibility. You will work closely with colleagues across Marketing and the wider organisation to shape and deliver a content strategy aligned with organisational priorities. You will ensure all content is clear, accurate, consistent, and on brand.

You will also collaborate with teams to create engaging campaigns and user-focused journeys. Using analytics, user feedback, and testing, you will continuously improve website performance.

As part of a job share, you will work closely with your counterpart to maintain a seamless and consistent approach and management of the wider team.

About you:

You are a skilled digital content professional with strong experience in web and content marketing, hands-on experience of content management systems and a solid understanding of content marketing techniques. This includes SEO, digital campaigns, and user journey optimisation.

You will be organised and able to work collaboratively, build strong relationships, and motivate others to deliver high-quality content.

You will have an undergraduate degree in a relevant area or equivalent experiential learning.
