Summary
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Band 5 Staff Nurse to join the Oncology/Haematology team at Poole Hospital’s Dorset Cancer Centre Day Care.
This role involves working within the Day Care unit, delivering systemic anti-cancer treatments to patients in a supportive and dynamic environment.
We are seeking a motivated and organised Band 5 nurse to join our team on a full-time basis. The position consists of four days per week, working 8:00am to 6:00pm, with a preference for flexibility across working days. The ability to effectively manage your own workload is essential.
Applicants must have a minimum of one year’s post-NMC registration experience to be eligible to undertake the required SACT training.
The successful candidate will be committed to delivering and maintaining a high standard of patient care, supporting patients and their families or carers, and working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team while assisting senior staff.
