Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Manager to lead our Day Centre for vulnerable individuals, including those living with illness and dementia. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality care, smooth daily operations, and a supportive environment for both clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate client records, including care requirements and documentation
Record staff and member attendance
Prepare and send invoices to members
Respond to emails and manage general administration
Support the growth of the centre by welcoming and enrolling new members
Ensure clients’ needs and requests are met with dignity and respect
Provide care and support to vulnerable clients, including those with illness and dementia
Promote a friendly, positive, and team-oriented environment
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Caring, patient, and professional approach
Ability to lead and work effectively within a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
