Summary
Key Responsibilities Clinical Responsibilities Provide consultations, assessments, diagnoses, and management plans for patients Manage acute presentations, chronic disease reviews, and longterm conditions Prescribe safely and appropriately in line with national and local guidance Undertake home visits when required Provide clinical advice and support to colleagues as appropriate Maintain accurate, contemporaneous clinical records Team & Practice Responsibilities Work collaboratively with the practice team to deliver safe, effective care Participate in MDT meetings, clinical discussions, and case reviews Support the training and supervision of learners where appropriate Contribute to practice audits, QOF achievement, and enhanced services Professional Responsibilities Maintain GMC registration, appraisal, and revalidation Engage in CPD and reflective practice Adhere to practice policies, safeguarding procedures, and clinical governance standards Uphold confidentiality and data protection requirements
