Home delivery driver, Based out of Hamilton, £13.06 Per Hour PAYE, Contract

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily home delivery operations, ensuring routes are fully resourced and efficient
Manage fleet compliance including MOTs, servicing, inspections, tax, and insurance
Supervise delivery teams handling installation, removal, and replacement of white goods
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of drivers and agency staff
Monitor performance, ensuring excellent customer service standards are met
Maintain accurate transport records, compliance logs, and operational reports
Handle escalations, customer queries, and operational challenges effectively
Collaborate with warehouse and planning teams to ensure seamless delivery operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in transport, logistics, or home delivery (white goods preferred)
Strong knowledge of transport legislation and vehicle compliance
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Physically fit with understanding of delivery operations (Luton vans, tail lifts)
IT literate, including Excel and routing systems
DBS check required
Highly organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure
