Key Responsibilities-
Inspirational Delivery: Lead engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 & 4, making complex texts accessible and fun for all learners .

Vocabulary & Oracy: Focus on extending language and increasing vocabulary, using visual materials and sentence stems to support student progress .

Adaptive Teaching: Identify students who may be falling behind and provide the "extra support" needed to build their confidence and academic success .

Safe Learning Environment: Maintain a non-judgmental, encouraging classroom where students feel secure to make mistakes and learn at their own pace .

Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent .
