Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to oversee our small group of nurseries within Bath and the surrounding area. You will work closely with the Directors, continually striving to deliver outstanding early years provision. Applicants must have managerial experience working in day nurseries.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Ensure high-quality daily operations, meeting or exceeding regulatory standards (e.g., Ofsted, EYFS).
Strategic & Commercial Performance: Manage budgets, drive occupancy rates, control costs, and achieve profitability targets.
Staff Management & Development: Mentor and support nursery managers, oversee recruitment, and ensure compliance with staffing ratios.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Lead audits, mock inspections, and implement company policies .
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a link between staff, regulatory bodies, and company leadership.
Software: Competent in using Microsoft 365 and analysing data.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years Education.
Experience: Proven experience in a senior management role, requiring multi-site management experience.
Skills: Strong leadership, financial acumen, knowledge of EYFS and regulatory standards, and excellent communication skills
