Summary
The position requires operating dishwasher, heavy duty cleaning of equipment, organising deliveries, sorting refuse and keeping the kitchen clean to high standard set by the head chef.
5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, shift work morning and evening , average 35-40 hour week.
