Summary
We are recruiting for a Car Sales Executive on behalf of our esteemed client in Hayle.
This position offers a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals to thrive in a leading automotive dealership. Whether you are an experienced Car Sales Executive or seeking to develop your sales career, this position provides excellent prospects for growth within a supportive team environment.
Benefits:
- Basic salary up to £25,000, depending on experience
- Uncapped OTE of approximately £45,000
- Commission structure rewarding performance
- Five-day working week, including Saturdays, with a flexible rota
- Opportunity to sell new and used vehicles, including expanding non-franchise sales
- Structured working hours from 0900 to 1800
- Supportive team environment with clear career progression pathways
Responsibilities:
- The Car Sales Executive will engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Sell both new and used vehicles, maintaining high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to vehicle handover, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the dealership’s overall success.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest models, features, and industry trends
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for a Car Sales Executive position.
- Professional attitude combined with enthusiasm for automotive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid UK driving licence is essential
