Senior Vehicle Damage Assessor needed for Prestige Vehicle Repairs
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join a renowned prestige accident repair centre in Derby. This role offers the chance to work on some of the most desirable automotive brands in a professional, supportive environment. The ideal individual will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and possess a strong passion for delivering top-quality work in the motor trade industry.

- Basic salary up to £42,000, with an OTE exceeding £50,000 through team bonuses
- No weekend working, Monday to Friday, flexible working hours

Duties:
- Conduct accurate vehicle damage assessments and prepare detailed repair estimates
- Liaise effectively with insurers, customers, and internal workshop teams
- Manage repair processes from initial assessment through to completion
- Ensure all work is compliant with manufacturer and industry standards
- Identify additional repair opportunities and upsell where appropriate
- Maintain high levels of customer service and communication throughout the repair process
Requirements for the Vehicle Damage Assessor position:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator
- Strong knowledge of accident repair methods and processes
- Experience working with prestige or high-value vehicles (desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- ATA accreditation is preferred, but not essential
