Summary

Our client, a well-established franchise-approved car dealership group with a strong presence across the South west, is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their team in North Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Vehicle Technicians to progress their career within a reputable dealership environment. This Vehicle Technician position offers a competitive salary, ongoing manufacturer training, and attractive bonus schemes.

Duties:

- Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on customer vehicles, adhering to manufacturer standards
- Accurately diagnose vehicle faults and communicate findings to the Workshop Controller
- Complete work within set time parameters, maintaining high standards of quality
- Follow all health & safety protocols and quality procedures
- Carry out vehicle safety inspections, testing, and reporting on vehicle condition and performance
- Keep the workshop clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
- Work effectively within a team to ensure workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- At least 2 years’ recent experience working as a Vehicle Technician in a main dealership environment
- Hold a valid UK driving licence
- Be motivated, reliable, and a team player
- Demonstrate the ability to produce high-quality work in a busy dealership setting
- Individuals with an active MOT Smart Card will be highly advantageous but it is not essential
