Reporting to the Projects Director, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Lead to support the successful delivery of projects across our Milton Keynes site and various locations throughout the UK.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring regular travel and overnight stays. Accommodation will be provided, and expenses reimbursed. Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of multiple projects across site and nationwide locations
- Set up and coordinate project teams
- Ensure all project documentation is completed accurately and distributed appropriately
- Liaise with Project Team Leaders to manage and replenish stock
- Act as the main point of contact for customers on site, ensuring smooth operations
- Oversee and maintain quality standards across all project work
- Work alongside the Health & Safety Manager to ensure compliance with Risk and Method Statements
- Provide regular project updates at weekly meetings
- Step in to cover key personnel during periods of absence
- Undertake additional duties within your skill set as required
About You
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Ideally experienced in spray paint systems and qualified as a paint sprayer
- Background as a Team Leader or similar role, looking to progress into management
- Flexible and willing to travel extensively across the UK, including overnight stays
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
- Professional, credible, and customer-focused approach
- Excellent leadership and man-management skills, with the ability to coach and support teams
- Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a structured and calm approach
- Strong decision-making ability aligned with business needs and best practice
