About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and reliable Production Operative to join a busy and growing team in Bridgwater. This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking Production Operative looking to develop their skills within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. The successful Production Operative will be part of a supportive team and contribute to meeting daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery and production equipment as a Production Operative
- Assembling, packing, and labelling products
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Working collaboratively with other team members and supervisors
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Production Operative or in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with shifts if required
