Service Technician
Service Technician - Buckinghamshire - £35,000 to £45,000 + Company Van

The job:
You’ll play a key role in servicing and repairing a range of garden, groundcare and agricultural machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair and maintain garden, groundcare and agricultural equipment
- Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance
- Speak with customers to understand their needs and provide a helpful, professional service
- Keep clear and accurate records of work carried out and parts used
- Follow industry standards and health & safety procedures at all times
- Support the Branch Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the workshop

The Candidate:
- Experience working with garden, groundcare, agricultural or similar machinery
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for diagnostics
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Self-motivated individual who also works well as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence

The Package:
- Competitive salary of £35,000 to £45,000 in a full time, permanent position
- Up to 26 days’ holiday, plus bank holidays and an additional wellbeing day

Candidate Requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
