Summary
Mechanical Shift Engineer - Commercial Building - Leeds - Immediate start - £17.85 Per Hour
An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in Leeds. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Mechanical Maintenace Engineer to cover a commercial site. He or she will carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.
Hours of work
- 4 on 4 off
- 06:00am to 18:00pm
- 18:00pm to 06:00am
- Contract type: Ongoing contract
- Immediate start
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- HVAC Systems
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
Requirements
- Mechanically qualified City & Guilds - Level 2
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
