• Delivering tailored one-to-one and small group SEMH interventions
• Supporting students in class with emotional regulation and routines
• Collaborating with pastoral and SEND departments on behaviour strategies
• Tracking pupil progress and preparing feedback for senior staff
• Leading enrichment activities that nurture self-esteem and social skills
• Supporting with EHCP targets and behaviour management plans
