At St Michael with St Thomas CE Primary School, part of the Three Saints Academy Trust, we are looking for an ambitious, talented and values-driven practitioner to join our team and help us continue our journey of excellence.

We are seeking a highly effective Year 6 teacher who consistently delivers excellent outcomes and understands what it takes to prepare pupils for the next stage of their education.

This role includes a TLR for KS2 leadership, along with a curriculum responsibility tailored to your strengths and expertise. You will play a key role in driving standards, shaping provision and supporting colleagues to deliver high-quality teaching across Key Stage 2.

You will be:

• An outstanding classroom practitioner with a strong track record of raising attainment in Year 6
• Ambitious for every child, with uncompromising expectations for learning, behaviour and outcomes
• Caring and relational, building strong connections with pupils and families
• A reflective and forward-thinking leader, ready to contribute to whole-school improvement
• Passionate about delivering a rich, engaging curriculum that inspires and motivates learners
