Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience within Years 3 or 4.
A strong understanding of the KS2 National Curriculum, with the ability to plan and deliver engaging, inclusive, and differentiated lessons.
Proven ability to foster a positive, supportive classroom environment that promotes curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.
Effective classroom management skills with a focus on positive behaviour.
We are looking for excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
A reflective practitioner with a commitment to ongoing professional development and school improvement.
Experience in using formative and summative assessment alongside technology to drive pupil progress and raise attainment.
Enthusiasm for collaborative planning and team teaching, contributing to a strong phase team.
A solid understanding of adaptive teaching and meeting the individual needs of all children in your class.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
