We’re looking for someone who:
• Has successfully completed their ECT two-year induction programme
• Has experience of working with children with Autism and/or EHCPs is desirable
• Has good knowledge of the National Curriculum with a good understanding of Assessment for Learning practice
• Has the ability to establish good relationships within the team, with other colleagues and with pupils
• Has a positive approach to school self-evaluation and an insistence on high standards
• Demonstrates a passion for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our school community.

Willowdown Primary School is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and inspirational EYFS and KS1 teacher to join our new SEN Provision Unit, to be responsible for the teaching, learning and management of a class of eightEYFS&KS1pupilswithintheSEN Provision Unit. At Willowdown we are a happy and forward-thinking school. We are a two-form entry school with an all-year round Nursery. There is a strong, collegiate and supportive working relationship amongst the staff team in each year group.
