Each year, we help more than 7000 people across Lancashire achieve their potential, with our Domestic Abuse services playing a crucial role in supporting survivors and their families.We're looking for someone passionate about supporting individuals experiencing domestic abuse, with a proven track record in providing trauma-informed specialist case management and advocacy to victims at medium and high risk of domestic abuse. What We're Looking For: An Experienced SpecialistConfident in delivering high-quality case management and advocacy for individuals at medium and high risk of domestic abuse.Knowledgeable in risk assessment, safety planning, and multi-agency coordination. A Compassionate AdvocatePassionate about empowering survivors and ensuring their voices are heard.Able to represent clients effectively at MARRAC and support their recovery within Key’s integrated domestic abuse services. Digitally Skilled & OrganisedComfortable using digital tools to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively. Focused on delivering outcome-driven support with professionalism and attention to detail. Car Driver with access to your own vehicleDue to the community-based nature of this role, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required.
