Summary
Production Operative - Food Manufacturing (Luxury Brand) Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Location is Commutable from Cambridge, Saffron Walden, Royston, Sawston, Duxford and Bishops Stortford (M11 corridor)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30-17:00
Own transport essential (rural location / limited public transport)
We're recruiting Food Production Operatives / Machine Operatives for a premium food manufacturing client producing high-end gourmet products for retailers, luxury hotels and airline industry .
Key responsibilities
* Producing and packing food products to the required quality standards
* Operating production machinery safely (training provided)
* Maintaining strict hygiene and cleaning routines
* Following food safety (GMP) and health & safety procedures
* Reporting quality concerns or equipment issues promptly
* Good attention to detail and a hygiene-focused approach
* Comfortable with standing work, repetitive tasks and basic manual handling
* Food production/manufacturing experience helpful but not essential
