Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years professional? Cherry Tree Primary School is seeking a full time dedicated Lead Early Years Educator to join our nurturing and dynamic team.
About the Role
As a Lead Early Years Educator, you will work closely with our experienced Reception team to support, guide, and inspire our amazing children. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality early education, ensuring every child has access to a stimulating, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with and supervise individuals and groups of children, supporting a wide range of learning needs
- Enable access to learning for all children, including those with specific individual needs
- Support children, families, staff, and the overall setting in line with the EYFS framework
- Support the class teacher and deputise in their absence when required
