Permanent Early Years Educator Level 3 32.5 hours per week TTO + 5 Inset Days

Grade E SCP 11- 17 / £28,142 - £31,022 pro rata Actual Salary £21,167 - £23,333
We are looking to appoint an Early Years Educator (Level 3) to work within our Reception class.

Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years professional? Cherry Tree Primary School is seeking a full time dedicated Lead Early Years Educator to join our nurturing and dynamic team.

About the Role

As a Lead Early Years Educator, you will work closely with our experienced Reception team to support, guide, and inspire our amazing children. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality early education, ensuring every child has access to a stimulating, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with and supervise individuals and groups of children, supporting a wide range of learning needs
  • Enable access to learning for all children, including those with specific individual needs
  • Support children, families, staff, and the overall setting in line with the EYFS framework
  • Support the class teacher and deputise in their absence when required
