EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER ADVERT

Are you an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner looking for a full-time or part-time role? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing children’s charity and make a real difference in children’s lives!

A little about us

St Francis Nursery and Family Centre, based in Tower Hamlets, offers high quality early education and care for children aged from 9 months – 5 years. We also provide holistic family support, helping to give all children the best possible start in life. We are now at an important stage in our development, growing and enhancing our early years offer to support even more children and families. We’d love for you to join us!

What we are looking for

We are seeking Early Years Practitioners who are passionate about teaching and learning and committed to providing the highest standards of care and education for every child. Working with our dedicated team, you will be excited to create a caring, creative and fun environment where all children can thrive.

You will have:

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or above).
• Experience of working as an Early Years Practitioner, including experience of working with children under the age of two.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS framework and a demonstrable track record of delivering high quality early years education.
• A passion for making a difference to the lives of children and families.

Hours

We have full-time and part-time roles available, with a minimum commitment of two days per week. All roles are full year, with a generous holiday allowance. Staff can work either:

• 8am – 6pm: Options to work 2, 3, 4 or 5 days per week.
• 8am – 1pm: 5 days per week

Salary: £27,000 - £28,500 p.a. for working a 35 hour week (pro rata for part-time staff).

Location: This role will be based at our friendly nursery in Poplar, Tower Hamlets.
