Are you a dynamic and motivated leader looking for your next challenge?

We are seeking experiencedOperational Managersto join a range of clinical services across the Trust. These roles are crucial in providing strategic and operational leadership working closely alongside our clinical teams.

The roles available are within the following services:
• Surgical Care Group - Audiology & Head and Neck Services.
• Surgical Care Group - Vascular and Breast Surgery.
• Surgical Care Group - Waiting List Team and Pain Management .
• Clinical Support and Cancer Service Care Group - Radiology.
• Family Health Care Group - Sexual Health.
• Family Health Care Group - Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

These are key roles, working closely with clinical leads, Nursing Teams, Allied Health Professionals and wider multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient care for our patients.

We are looking for someone with proven operational management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

• Delivering high standards of operational performance across elective and emergency pathways.
• Supporting service transformation and innovation to meet national standards and local priorities.
• Managing resources effectively, ensuring services are delivered within budget and workforce plans.
• Driving continuous improvement, patient experience, and staff engagement.
• Day-to-day line management of administration and clerical functions within the Directorate.
