Location: RCDS Belgravia, London, SW1X 8NS Pay: £14.80 per hour Contract: Permanent, part-time, 15 hours per week, Monday–Friday Shift times: 09:30 – 12:30

- Welcome visitors and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle calls, emails, and queries with professionalism and a friendly approach.
- Draft and manage internal and external emails, monitor mailboxes.
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet daily objectives.
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
- Previous admin or receptionist experience is desirable, but full training will be given.
- Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years, legal right to work, and pass security vetting and DBS checks.
