Summary
Senior Chef De Partie – Four Points by Sheraton, Edinburgh Haymarket.

YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE:
Prepare, cook, serve and store various dishes to include meat, fish and shellfish
Prepare Regional Dishes appropriate to the hotel menu, location and guest mix
Provide direction to the Kitchen staff, including Commis Chefs
Communicate to your Line Manager any difficulties, guest or internal customer comments and other relevant information
Attend and participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
Prepare in advance any food, beverage, materials and equipment needed for service
Clean and re-set working area
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
Previous experience in a Senior Chef De Partie role OR 3yrs previous experience in a Chef De Partie role
Ability to plan, prioritise and multitask
Strong communication skills
Previous work experience in a hotel setting is desired (Marriott Brand is preferred)
