Summary

Customer Service Advisor - Remote
£20 per hour + Bonus | Temp to Perm Opportunity

The Best Connection is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a growing, fully remote team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with customer service experience looking for flexible working and long-term career progression.

The Role:

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Resolving issues quickly and professionally
  • Providing high-quality support across multiple channels
  • Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Shift:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

✅ Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' customer service experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Ability to manage multiple enquiries at once
