EXPERIENCED PART 2 / ADVANCED SCAFFOLDERS - TEAM LEADERS WANTED (STOCKPORT)
We are currently seeking experienced Part 2 and Advanced Scaffolders to lead teams on a range of ongoing projects in Stockport. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled scaffolders who are confident running jobs and managing crews, with the potential for a temp-to-perm position.
The Role:
As a Lead Scaffolder, you will be responsible for supervising your team and delivering scaffolding projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will also be provided with a 3.5-ton company van to support your role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise a team of scaffolders on-site
* Plan, organise, and oversee scaffolding operations
* Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations
* Liaise with site management and other trades
* Carry out inspections and maintain high-quality standards
* Work hands-on with tube and fitting scaffolding
Requirements:
* CISRS Part 2 or Advanced Scaffolder qualification
* Highly skilled in tube and fitting scaffolding
* Proven experience running teams and projects
* Full clean UK driving licence
* Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices
* Good communication and leadership skills
