As a Project and Service Change Manager, you will: Lead the design, planning and delivery of service improvement and change projects across the Trust Work with multi-disciplinary teams to diagnose issues, identify opportunities and implement sustainable improvements Use recognised improvement methodologies (process mapping, LEAN, demand and capacity analysis) to support transformation Manage complex programmes of work, ensuring robust project documentation, governance and reporting Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including Executive Directors, clinicians, operational leaders, and external partner Support and facilitate workshops, training sessions and engagement events. Line-manage project support staff and contribute to the ongoing development of improvement capability within the organisation This is a high-impact role where youll have autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to Trust-wide service development.
