Customer Service Executive

Location: Hull (HU14)

£25,740 | Full-Time | Permanent

With over 14 years of experience, they have built a reputation for reliability, technical knowledge, and service. The business has grown consistently year on year and continues to invest in its systems, product range, and digital platforms.

The Role

They are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join the team.
This is a key role within the business, involving direct communication with customers, processing orders, and supporting product enquiries in a technical B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
• Prepare and manage quotations
• Support customers with product identification and selection
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouse, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records using Sage 50, CRM, and internal systems

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good attention to detail and organisation
• Confident, professional approach with customers
• Competent IT skills (Microsoft Office, email systems)
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Desirable:

• B2B customer service or internal sales experience
• Background in engineering, automotive, or spare parts
• Familiarity with filtration or mechanical products

Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Salary & Benefits

• £25,740 per annum
• 37.5 hours per week (9:00am – 5:00pm, 30-minute lunch)
• 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
• Additional holiday entitlement after 2 years’ service
