Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team at a prestigious, award-winning gastropub . Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Lead, train, and inspire a team of bartenders and front-of-house staff
Curate and maintain an outstanding beverage offering, including wines, beers, and cocktails
Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and hygiene standards
Monitor financial performance, including cost control and revenue growth
Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest feedback professionally
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of beverages, including wine, spirits, and cocktails
Excellent leadership and communication skills
A hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
