Summary
We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and professional individual to join our front-of-house team in a vibrant, high-quality hospitality setting.
About the Role
This is a dual-role position combining hosting duties with food and beverage service. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
-Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional manner
-Manage reservations and maintain an organized flow of service
-Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
-Serve dishes and beverages to a high standard
-Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items
-Ensure tables are well-presented and service areas are clean and tidy
-Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver excellent service
What We’re Looking For
-A positive attitude and strong communication skills
-Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential
-A passion for food, drink, and customer service
-Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
-A team player with great attention to detail
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
