Summary
To work as part of a team assist service users with all needs through out the night shift.
Some light cleaning duties and Ironing, Prepare and serve suppers to all residents, and breakfast for those up in a morning.
Carry out hourly checks and record all assistance given, Complete reports on care plans.
You will report and follow instruction of the shift leader.
The hours are 24 per week made up of 2 x 12 hour shifts 8pm till 8am various days you will be expected to work as per the rota which will include your fare share of weekends and bank holidays which include Christmas you will receive extra pay for bank holidays and Christmas
You need to be caring, reliable and a team player.
You should have working with the elderly and have experience within a care home with relevant qualifications or a commitment to obtain them.
You must have a good spoken and written English language
3 references work related and DBS is required for this position, being on the sign up system for DBS checks ideally would be desirable.
