Summary
*Strong Capabilities in Product management, SQL,BI tools
*Experience in Design and Launch an enterprises workforce intelligence data product using AI tools
*Define and deliver strategic data initiatives
*knowledge of end to end Product measurement strategy
*Lead cross functional stakeholder governance with HR, L&D, Talent marketing, Product , UX teams, improving data visibility
*Knowledge of business transformation goals, translating leadership priorities into scalable dashboards and executive reporting for the Global Leadership Council.
*Establish KP framework, continuous optimisation by monitoring, engagement, learning effectiveness and behavioural matrix
*Analyse marketing performance data by rating data sets, SQL, power BI etc
* Built Business model and lead software development
* Align Business transformation goals, translate leadership priorities
